Hey, my name is Brooklyn.
a small-town creative with a big love for storytelling, currently based in Huber Heights, Ohio.
My roots trace back to Fort Recovery, where I first fell in love with capturing life’s little moments and designing pieces that feel just right. That love only deepened through a Graphic Communications program, where I began to shape my passion into something tangible. Now, I'm a photographer and designer drawn to earthy tones, natural light, and those quiet, honest emotions that make a moment feel like magic.
When I’m not working behind the lens or designing something thoughtful, I’m probably exploring new places, hiking mountain trails, or spending time with my boyfriend and sweet little dachshund named Cashew. I’m inspired by nature, cozy moments with family, romance movies, and getting lost in a good book.
I’m also currently studying Applied Business in User Experience Design at The Modern College of Design, continuing to grow and pour intention into every part of my creative work. Whether it’s through a photo, a design, or a feeling—you’re here, and I’m so glad you are.

my style
My photography style is all about capturing raw, genuine moments with a natural and effortless feel. I love warm, earthy tones that give my photos a timeless, cozy vibe while keeping everything true to life. My goal is to make every shot feel authentic and full of emotion.

my experience
Most of my experience comes from attending Tri Star Career Compact in high school, where I learned the fundamentals of using a camera and had hands-on practice with different techniques. I continued learning more in my college photography class as well. However, when it comes to shooting people, that’s been mostly self-taught—experimenting with poses, angles, and finding what works best. I’m always learning and pushing myself to improve, whether it’s trying new styles, refining my editing, or exploring different creative approaches.

I launched b.marie with a simple goal: to pursue what truly brings me joy. As I delved into photography, I noticed a lack of aesthetic-focused options in my hometown. I was captivated by the ability to capture vibes and create sleek, clean designs—a passion that ignited my path. My dream is for this journey to take me around the globe, sharing my love for aesthetics with like-minded individuals through meaningful photography.
